Summer Spiritual Spectacular

• Colorful beach towels
• Beach Umbrella

• 5 gallon buckets
• Old Blankets (to sit on the ground)
• Tents (10 X 20 is best but we’ll take 2 10X10’s)

JOIN US FOR SET UP WEEK!    JUNE 14 – 19    Anytime 9 AM – 8 PM

If you can give 30 minutes or 3 hours June 14-19, come help us prepare the building and set things up for the Summer Spiritual Spectacular, anytime between 9 AM and 8 PM (Sunday, June 17 after 2nd service).  Ministry tasks are divided into light, medium and heavy.

• You can make a difference in giving just 30 minutes. But you are welcome to stay longer too!  It takes about 20 people each day to get the whole building ready in one week.
• Arrive when you can, leave when you need to.
• Projects are divided into light effort, medium effort, and heavy Check the project board when you arrive!

There’s something to do for people from ages 9 – 99 and every kind of ability – a great activity for a family to do together!  Come join us!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the SUMMER SPIRITUAL SPECTACULAR.   Children entering grades 1-6 and their parents can register by downloading forms from our church web site, or by picking up some forms from the church.  Got questions?  Contact Miss Coleen.  Come join us for an incredible 3 days of God moving in and among us!

SSS ORIENTATION JUNE 18!  If you missed the early Orientation, please plan to join us for the second and final Orientation for everyone who is a part of the SSS Team in any way.   Mark your calendars for Monday, June 18, at 6:30 PM; you’ll learn how everything will work and how to do your best in your part of it.  Snacks and child-care provided (please make a reservation if you need child-care).

WE NEED TO GET IN-TENTS!  MORE TENTS ARE NEEDED to serve as extra classrooms in the Summer Spiritual Spectacular!  If you have one you can loan for that week (preferably 10 X 15 or 10 X 20), contact Miss Coleen.  AND, if you haven’t found a place to plug in for SSS, consider being our TENT COORDINATOR!
