June 24-28, 6:30-9pm

Registration re-opens Monday night at 5:45pm!

  • CAN YOU LEND A HAND? Right after 2nd service, there are 3 final projects for setting up that couldn’t be done till after worship today. If everyone would stay and lend a hand for 15 minutes or so, we can finish in that time. See the Project Board in the Gathering Area for details.
  • COME JOIN US FOR CELEBRATION! Each night of SSS at 8:15, everyone is invited to come join us for Celebration – a time when we sing, celebrate, play, and then do business with God. (We become “open campus” at that time so no background checks or nametags are needed.)
  • CLOSING CELEBRATION for SSS begins Friday night, at 8pm. Join us and celebrate with us all that God has done!
  • CAN YOU CLEAN UP? On Friday night, many hands will be needed to clean-up from SSS and restore our building for Sunday morning’s ministry.  Come join us around 9:15pm and lend a hand!

Thank you to everyone who so generously gave of their time and talents to prepare for this week!

Congregation Informational Meetings

We highly encourage you to attend one of these identical meetings.

  • Monday, July 15, 6:30pm
  • Sunday, July 21, Following 2nd Service

Presentation by the Elders on the potential separation agreement from the denomination.

Dayton Tornado Recovery Work

More volunteers are very much needed! Work is continuing, but there are fewer volunteers now than initially. Throughout the month of June, meet Monday – Saturday at 7:30am at Happy Corner Church of the Brethren, 7037 Union Rd., Clayton. Only on Saturdays will breakfast (continental) be served. We’ll carpool to Northridge and work until 4:00 PM. Arrangements can be made to meet the group at the job site. To volunteer, call or text Burt Wolf (937-287-5902) or Sam Dewey (937-684-0510).  Volunteers need to bring a sack lunch, work gloves, chainsaws, etc.

Please pray for the many tornado survivors who are finding it challenging as they try to move forward with daily life.
