The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the following: “Shall the Eaton Community Church, Inc., formerly known as Eaton Church of the Brethren, Inc., approve the terms of the ‘Withdrawal Agreement’ and withdraw from the Church of the Brethren denomination?”

Ministry Expo

• Sunday, Aug 25 before & after the 10am service

The Expo is a showcase of the ministries offered at ECC.  Our theme is “Connect and Serve on Purpose”. This is a great opportunity to talk directly with members of each ministry to learn more about the ministry and find a place to belong as we Share Life and Share Christ together.

ECC Kids

• Promotion Sunday information was sent out this week via email.  Hard copies will be available at the Children’s Welcome Center.
• This year we are offering “Bible Bags”  to help keep track of your children’s Bibles. Bags are color coded by age group and are $2.00 each or $5.00 per family.
• Etch Knight’s Club registrations are going on now.  Registration forms are available online or at the Children’s Welcome Center.  Etch Knight’s Club Shirts will be available and pre-orders need to be in by September 1.
• Etch Community Night on September 4 will have a KIDS VS. PARENTS VS. GRANDPARENTS VS. STUDENTS DODGE-BALL COMPETITION. Come join the fun or just come to watch!
