Parking Lot Project

Called Council Meeting
Sunday, August 8, Immediately following the 10:45am Service
The purpose of the Council Meeting is to approve Elder’s recommended changes of selected terminology to our governing documents. Also, to approve the Resolution to Amend and Restate the Articles of Incorporation of Eaton Community Church, Inc. for the purpose of 501c3 tax exemption.

- 12:30pm: Games/Activities
- 1:30pm: Concert

- Brownies/Rice Krispy Treats
- Ice cream
Please sign up at kiosk for a meal count. We are catering the meal and it is vital that you sign-up by this Sunday, August 8th. Suggested donation of $5 per person or $20 per family of 4 or more.
Bring your own lawn chairs and canopies if you’d like.
