Sharing Life, Sharing Christ
A local man, the Yeazel’s neighbor, was run over by a skid loader and was in urgent need of a ramp for his wheelchair. 4 youth and 8 adults contributed for a total of approximately 90 man hours to quickly complete this much needed ramp. Many materials were donated, volunteer hours were given and the weather was perfect. God be praised! Thanks to all who helped!
Domestic Violence Shelter
There are some children in the shelter who have specific needs. You can find those items listed here.
Also, the shelter is in need of:
- Paper plates
- Dish soap
- Laundry soap
- Coffee (grounds)
- Coffee creamer
- Kid friendly snacks
- Drink mixes
- Shelf stable foods
- Spices (season salt, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, etc.)
- Sippy cups
- Pacifiers
Gently used or new :
- Duffle bags/suitcases
- Baking dishes/baking pans
- Food storage containers
- Baby Pack n Plays
Items can be placed in the basket at the Info Desk. Thank you!
- 9:30am: Donuts and Coffee
- 10am: One Service under the tent
- 11:30am: Lunch Served
- 12:30pm: Games/Activities begin
Sunday, August 14th is the last day to sign-up for your sandwich choice.
Please bring (sign up at the Kiosk): Cold salad, dessert
Sign-up for Cornhole Tournament at the Kiosk.
Bring your own lawn chairs and canopies if you’d like.
