College/Career Group Game Night

Food Offering for The Common Good

The participatory element of worship Sunday will be giving canned goods/nonperishable items to The Common Good. Please bring items to service with you.

End of Year Gifts to the Church

Update on the persecuted church in China

For those who were in groups praying for the persecuted church in China, here is an update from someone who ministered in China:

 1.    Pray for courage and endurance for believers and pastors who gather in secret, that they would stand firm in Christ despite pressure, surveillance, and intimidation.
    2.    Pray for protection and wisdom for house churches:  that leaders would know when to meet, how to shepherd well, and how to navigate government restrictions with faithfulness and discernment.
    3.    Pray for gospel fruitfulness: that even in hardship, the Spirit would strengthen the church, draw many to Jesus, and use the witness of suffering believers to shine the light of Christ in dark places.

Two of the churches planted are doing very well, they are called “The Church of the Stone” which is now a 100-person outreach service and “The Church of Living Waters” with a 200-person seeker service.
