Everyday Disciples Challenge
On January 9th, Doer Groups started back after a brief break for the holiday season. It’s been good being back together and continuing our series called The 3 Laws. DOer Groups has been spending the school year going through Paul’s letter to the Romans, and this Sunday we’ll be concluding Romans 8.

Every Sunday night we gather at 5:30PM for a meal, then around 6PM we spend two hours learning about God’s Word and finding ways to DO it, hence the word DOer Groups. We also find time for an activity, learning through experience, and question and response time. It’s a great night for students who are in 7th-12th grades to grow in their relationship with Jesus and find what it means to follow him.
On Feb. 12, ECC Students will be hosting a fundraiser called A Night in Little Italy. We turn the Great Room into an Italian restaurant and provide you (and family/friends) with a meal. The meal is served from 4:30-7:30PM. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a host and then seated at table. After this, you will be given a server who will provide you with your meal, drinks, and more for the rest of the meal.

This is a great night to gather with family and friends. It’s an excellent time to see ECC Students at work serving their church. And the proceeds go directly to students to help them attend events within youth ministry. There’s many reasons to come, and we’d love to see you there!
To get a ticket, make sure to stop by the booth in the Gathering Area this Sunday. Adult tickets are $15 and child tickets are $10. Thank you for your support.
On December 19th, ECC Students had a Progressive Dinner. We spent the day at three different homes, each host providing us with a portion of a meal (appetizer, salad, main course) finishing with dessert at the church. This is a great night of fellowship, getting to know different adults in the congregation, and most importantly hearing students talk about the significance of Jesus coming to the world.
