2:30pm at Middletown Sportsmen’s Club – leave ECC at 1:45pm

• Bring your own shotgun, ammunition, safety glasses and hearing protection

Parents can register children entering K-7^th grade on our website until Friday, June 18 or pick up forms at the SSS Kiosk.

Decorating and Set up Week

Monday – Friday, June 14 – 18: Anytime 9am – 8pm

Come for 30 minutes or however long you can.

Projects are divided into light (sit at a table), medium effort, and heavy (moving tables, climbing ladders).  Pick the one that fits you!

Celebration

Each night at 8pm, everyone is invited to  join us for Celebration – a time when we sing, play, celebrate, and then do business with God. (We become “open campus” at that time so no  background checks or nametags are needed.)  Come join us and be a part of what God is doing!

Summer Spiritual Spectacular

There are ways you can help if you are unable to attend SSS:

• Provide food for people who come straight from work. (See Carla Clark)
• Bring ice in coolers on Tuesday (Is your name on your cooler?)
• Pray for specific SSS needs (we have a list of specific needs we can send by email – just ask Miss Coleen for it!)

Adopt An Island

The Property Team is inviting families, Life Groups and Ministry Teams to help in the care and maintenance of the parking lot islands that have mulch. If you are interested in helping with this ongoing project, call the office, 937-456-5507 or email Tami Webb, ctwebb5163@outlook.com by Friday, June 11^th.

Some guidelines we’re asking you to follow:

• Need to put down a pre-emergent like Preen for weed control prior to putting down mulch
• Property Team will provide mulch
• Must be kept weed free for the season
• No perennials
• Minimum care is to lay down mulch and keep weeded
• Would like each island to have a homemade sign to identify who adopted the island.  Should say something like: “Adopted by the Denlinger Family” or “Adopted by the BASICS group”.

Items Needed:

• white powered donuts
• pretzels (large bags)
• plain potato chips (large bags)
• teddy grams
• gold fish crackers

If you would like to donate any of these items, please place them in the tub in the Gathering Area marked “SSS Snacks.” Thank you!

Like to Cook?

During SSS, many people come straight from work to serve. We try to provide food for them so they don’t spend the evening hungry. If you would be willing to provide sandwiches, salad, a casserole or some other goodies for any night or nights during June 21-25, contact Carla Clark, cjclarkcrew@gmail.com, complete this form, or sign-up at the SSS kiosk.

Dodgeball Tournament

Wednesday, June 9th at 6pm

ECC Students are hosting a dodgeball tournament for ages 11 and older. No prizes…other than bragging rights. It will be a fun night of energy and dodging dodgeballs.

Mask Policy

In assessing the current climate regarding COVID statistics and health professional recommendations, ECC elders have decided to remove any mask requirements for gatherings in our facility. Please remember that staying home when you are sick and maintaining strong hygiene habits continue to help us all stay healthy. As always, we continue to ask you to show respect and care toward each person’s choice knowing our circumstances are unique.

ECC Students are hosting a dodgeball tournament for ages 11 and older. No prizes…other than bragging rights, but it will be a fun night full of energy and dodging dodgeballs.

You can register as a single player to be placed on a team OR you can register as a captain for a team of 5.
